Monthly donation

Making a regular monthly donation to Yorkshire Cancer Research couldn’t be easier.

You can do this online by setting up a regular monthly donation using direct debit, or you can download a standing order form and freepost to Yorkshire Cancer Research. Donating a small amount direct from your bank account each month will allow Yorkshire Cancer Research to plan ahead and advance the vital research being undertaken in Yorkshire.

If you are a UK taxpayer, the value of your gift can be increased by 25% under the Gift Aid scheme at no extra cost to you. Your donations are eligible for the scheme if you pay enough income tax and/or capital gains tax to cover the amount of tax that all charities and Community Amateur Sports Clubs you donate to will reclaim for each tax year (6 April to 5 April). Council tax and VAT do not count.

Don’t forget to Gift Aid it!

When you make a donation to Yorkshire Cancer Research, we are able to claim back the tax that you have paid on the donation. This amounts to an extra 25p for every £1 that you give. If you would like us to Gift Aid your donation, you will need to inform us that you are a UK taxpayer and you would like us to reclaim the tax on your donation. You can do this by filling in our Gift Aid Declaration, or by calling 01423 501269 and making an Oral Declaration over the phone.
Unfortunately, if your donation includes money collected from more than one person, such as sponsorship or fundraising from an event or collection, we cannot claim Gift Aid without a sponsor form.

Thank you for choosing to support Yorkshire Cancer Research. Your money will help fund vital cancer research across the region. If you have any questions email fundraising@ycr.org.uk or call our fundraising team directly on 01423 877210.
