Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust

Active Together Doncaster and Bassetlaw is currently open for patients over 18 years old who are receiving curative treatment at Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and have been diagnosed with the colorectal cancer. This will soon expand to also include lung and upper gastrointestinal cancers.

Referrals onto the service can only be made by hospital teams. We cannot accept self-referrals at this time. If you would like to start referring patients to Active Together Doncaster and Bassetlaw, please contact us on activetogether@ycr.org.uk.
