Active Together Rotherham is currently open for patients over 18 years old who are receiving curative treatment at The Rotherham Hospital NHS Trust and have been diagnosed with one of the following cancers:

• Upper gastrointestinal cancer
• Lung cancer 
• Colorectal cancer
  

Referrals onto the service can only be made by hospital teams. We cannot accept self-referrals at this time. If you would like to start referring patients to Active Together Rotherham, please contact us on rgh-tr.active.together.rotherham@nhs.net.
