Role description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Deputy Shop Manager to join our retail team.

Reporting to the Charity Shop Manager, you will play an active part in running our shop in Pickering, supporting the Shop Manager in implementing processes and ways of working.

You must have experience of managing people and/or volunteers, including recruitment and development in order to be considered for this position.
