The Will writing services are provided by selected third party companies. If you use the service of one of our selected partners, you will enter into a direct contractual relationship with the relevant company, not Yorkshire Cancer Research. Yorkshire Cancer Research excludes all liabilities, losses, damages, claims, costs and expenses arising as a result of your use of the services provided by one of our Will writing partners, unless they are caused as a direct result of a negligent act by Yorkshire Cancer Research.
Wills received through the Free Will offer will be free to the customer and paid for by Yorkshire Cancer Research. Our Will writing partners may discuss further charges with you that are not part of the standard Will service and you will be liable for any additional costs.
