Kilimanjaro trek terms and conditions

Eligibility:

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

• Participants must be in good health and inform Global Adventure Challenges of any health conditions which may impact their ability to complete the trek safely.

Trip Details and Itinerary:

• The Mount Kilimanjaro climb will be organised by Global Adventure Challenge, and participants are required to adhere to their terms and conditions.
• The trip itinerary, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and climbing schedule, will be provided by Global Adventure Challenge.
  

Costs and Payments:

• Participants are responsible for covering their costs, including registration fees, travel expenses, and any additional costs associated with the climb.
• All payments to Global Adventure Challenge should be made by their payment schedule.
  

Health and Insurance:

• Participants must ensure they have comprehensive travel insurance covering the trip's entire duration, including medical evacuation.
• Participants must inform Global Adventure Challenge of any pre-existing medical conditions and provide necessary documentation if requested.
  

Changes and Cancellations:

• Global Adventure Challenge reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of participant cancellations, refund policies will be in accordance with Global Adventure Challenge's terms and conditions.
