Banana, peanut butter and cacao flapjacks content
Ingredients
200g oats
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp honey
2 mashed bananas
1 tbsp peanut butter
Chopped nuts
Cacao nibs
Cinnamon
Vanilla extract
Method
- Preheat oven to 180c, line a 20cm square baking tin with greaseproof paper.
- Melt the coconut oil over a low heat then add the honey, mashed bananas, peanut butter, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
- Once the wet ingredients are thoroughly combined, mix in the oats, nuts and cacao nibs to an even consistency.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into individual portions to avoid crumbling.
