Award Variation Requests

If you wish to make any changes to your Award, for example no cost extensions, vire money or recruitment, you must fill in our Award Variation Request. If you have any questions please get in touch with research@ycr.org.uk.

Travel & Publication

Travel or Publication Costs Award are available to our current Award holders and staff supported by the charity. The deadlines to are midday on the following dates every year: 
•    15 March
•    15 June
•    15 September 
•    15 December

Research Publicity

All papers deriving from funded work will (along with a Research Publicity Form need to be submitted to press@ycr.org.uk as a condition of the Award. Your research helps the charity gain media coverage and update its supporters on the work they are helping to fund. Our Public Relations team will be in touch if they decide to cover your work. Thank you in advance for helping to promote the important work of Yorkshire Cancer Research.


Award Material

Any marketing and consumer-facing communications associated with the Award must be branded according to charity guidance, including but not limited to; information sheets, questionnaires, posters, presentations, websites, and must be approved by the charity. Please email any content for approval to press@ycr.org.uk and allow at least three days for a response.
