About the role
We are currently looking for a Retail Support Manager to join our Retail and Operations team.
Reporting to the Retail Area Manager, the Retail Support Manager will provide management cover at retail locations as required by the charity. The role requires managing the day-to-day operation of the shop that you are covering, including managing a team of volunteers, ensuring accurate accounting and handling of assets, delivering high standards of customer service, and adhering to all charity policies and procedures.
You will lead by example and ensure that volunteers, supporters, donors, and customers understand how their contributions are making a difference to the lives of people in Yorkshire and beyond.
You will need to be committed to creating a welcoming professional atmosphere and demonstrating the values of Yorkshire Cancer Research. You will also be a passionate and enthusiastic ambassador for the charity and its work.
