Harrogate and Knaresborough MP Tom Gordon has submitted a motion to Parliament to recognise the importance and impact of Yorkshire Cancer Research in his constituency and Yorkshire more widely.
After he was elected last year, Tom Gordon visited the Yorkshire Cancer Research Centre on Hornbeam Park in Harrogate to find out more about the charity's vital work.

For 100 years, the charity has funded pioneering research into cancer, clinical trials and treatment for people with cancer, saving lives across the region and beyond.
