Spring fashion show raises more than £2,000 for Yorkshire Cancer Research content
A Huddersfield Volunteer Group has raised £2,145 for Yorkshire Cancer Research with a fashion show.

The sell-out show, held at The Woodman Inn, Thunderbridge, Huddersfield, was enjoyed by 146 guests and saw a range of fashion displayed by independent retailers from the region.
Members of the Huddersfield Volunteer Group and two of the group’s supporters joined models from the boutiques on the catwalk.

This year, the Huddersfield Volunteer Group celebrate 60 years of fundraising. Since 1964 they have raised more than £1.5 million, with an additional £2.7 million raised from legacies left in the area, making a grand total of more that £4.3 million to help save lives in Yorkshire.
