Our Northallerton shop is now open - we cannot take any donations at this time.
Our shop in Northallerton opened in 1965, and has enjoyed continued support from generous members of the local community ever since!
It receives regular donations of some fantastic unwanted belongings, from clothes to books and bric-a-brac. After a recent refurbishment, the shop now has a fresh new look.
We're excited to welcome you back in to browse our great quality ranges. Why not pop in and see our friendly team of volunteers and manager Maria, who will help you find exactly what you're looking for.
Our Northallerton shop has 5 car parking spaces directly in front of the shop making it easy to drop off stock. Alternative parking is available on the high street or at Applegarth long stay car park, DL7 8NT.
Please note, Market Day is Wednesday and Saturday which may affect parking availability.
"When you get older you tend not to go out as much, but if you’re committed to something then you do. It gets you out of the house. The nicest thing is that we all get on well together. We’re supporting a charity that’s there for us who live here and it helps so many people.”
Audrey - Tadcaster Shop
There's no such thing as a typical volunteer. Whether they're working front of house welcoming and serving customers, or organising stock behind the scenes - all our volunteers bring something special to the role they do.
