Role description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Shop Manager to join our retail team.
Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Northallerton shop long-term.
You must have experience of managing people and/or volunteers, including recruitment and development in order to be considered for this position. You must also have experience of meeting and exceeding targets within a retail environment. For further details please refer to the role profile.
