Department: Finance and Corporate Services

Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire. The majority of our full-time colleagues are currently taking part in a hybrid working trial in which they work 3 Team Days in the office per week and 2 days from home

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 depending on experience

Hours: Minimum of 28 hours, up to 37 (full time)

Closing Date: 19 June 2022

Permanent or fixed term: 12 month fixed-term contract

Role description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to act as the main point of contact for Recruitment and Selection across the Charity as we enter an exciting period of growth and development. 

Reporting to the Head of People, your role will be to take a lead on supporting managers with recruiting new employees whilst ensuring we operate in line with our values, streamlining our current processes, upskilling managers and ensuring that we have inclusive Recruitment, Selection and onboarding practices.

You must have significant recruitment experience, ideally gained at manager level. This will include experience of improving processes, influencing senior managers and designing recruitment processes to make them more inclusive.
